Hi, I'm submitting this PR to add Peru to the list of national regulators.
The regulatory body in Peru in charge of antitrust, monopolies, and consumer protection is INDECOPI (National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property).
To ensure accuracy, I have included the two main contact emails:
